Established in 1971, the company was the first to establish the film exhibition business and owns Al-Nasr, the single largest capacity theatre in Sultanate of Oman.

The company owns and manages the prestigious multiplex cinema viz. Al-Shatti, in Shatti Al-Qurum in Oman, established in year 2000. This complex has 3 screens with an aggregate seating capacity of 640 seats. The latest in sound and acoustics viz. Dolby Digital, DTS and Sony Dynamic Digital Sound equipment have been installed so as to bring to the discerning audience, the finest in entertainment and viewing pleasure. Besides, the complex has cafeteria and snack counters.
For the toddlers and young children, an amusement and recreation facility is made available in the basement of the cinema complex . The complex has gained stature and poopularity over the years and is much sort after by patrons and advertisers for various promotions and events.

Further, with a view to cater to the growing viewer's demand, the management has set up a new auditorium in Al-Nasr premises, which will screen English, Hindi as well as films from regional languages of the sub-continent. The additional capacity will compliment the existing facilities which already available within the theatre premises.

Buoyed by the success of the multiplex experiment, the company is inaugurating its new cinema in Sur named “Al Wafi Plaza.” The same would be operational from June 2006. We aim to bring in the best of entertainment and leisure to the people of Sur.
